I am listing for sale a custom 2015 Harley Sportster Ifinishedbuilding this August. This is a very clean and classy build which is also fun to ride and turns heads everywhere. This bike was built by myself and all work done on it was done by me or the local motorcycle shop, pecifically they handled the boring and porting work on the motor. The bike started out as a vision with a Kraft Tech hardtail frame and a used motor I bought from another guy I know well. The motor is a 1993. I tore the motor down to the cases, nd began a complete rebuild. The motor was bored over to a 1200cc from its original 883 size. The heads were then ported and polished and thecarburetor was jettedto match the new HP and torque fuel/air requirements. I chopped down the cam cover and sprocket cover to give it some ironhead muscle and converted the drive from belt to chain with new sprockets on both ends. The stock motor was media blasted to bare aluminum, nd then I spent more time than most would sanding and polishing the engine covers. I made the seat pan from 1/8" stainless steel, nd I tooled and made the leather seat. It features a lady pointing a glock handgun outward. I fabricated the sissy bar tomimica dragon's tail with bends in two directions and fine point at the tip. I utilized TC Bros. forward controls I used Road6Customs Holey Roller 12" apes, nd sourced a front brake master cylinder from a Ninja ZX14 and soda blasted it and polished it to provide far better braking than a factory sporty provide. I mated the front and rear brakes with new rotors and Suzuki SV650 Sportbike brakes. I used FabKevin brackets to hand the rear brake at 6 o'clock and the front brake using the SV650 calipers. I then used a panhead clutch lever on the other side to add simplicity to the bars with very little clutter. I ran all the electronic wiring through the frame and the bars. I added a Ultima Programmable Ignition to match the increased engine power. I fabricated a custom coil mount off the left side of the motor, nd added an AGM battery. I used a replica 1932 Ford taillight for a vertical side mount also from Road6Customs. I used a top motor mount custom made from a curved mount kit from bungking. The grips are Biltwell Kung Fu grips which mimic bicycle grips. The air intake is custom built as well and is a 4" round intake similar to the 60's bikes. The gas tank is a 2.5 gallon peanut tank and it has a pingel petcock, he best you can buy. I fabricated a custom mini speedo mount off the left front fork. I made a custom timing cover which is an oversized US Penny, ooks badass. I also put this on white wall tires to give the bike some nostalgia and class. The pipes were custom built by myself, nd are now ceramic coated and wrapped in titanium pipe wrap from DEI. They look killer and sound nice and deep. I estimated my time on this build including the polishing and all to be about 400 hours of labor. Counting my labor as 0$ this is a steal for a custom bike. You can buy a stock Sportster and add some pipes, nd a mustang seat, r you can ride a bike like this which is fast, un, ustom, nd unique. I have this priced so low that I am probably losing money on the deal, ut I am building two more bikes, o this one is getting let go. I am sure I have left more off details about this bike, ut there is so much to see and list.
I have attached some pics which hardly do this bike justice. The one with my son on the bike is from Sturgis this year and you can see the pipes are wrapped in this pic, ut not the first two. I also attached pics of the polished covers, he seat, nd the custom speedo mount. Happy Bidding. The reserve is very fair.
