This is my very special CVO Harley. It is in showroom condition and runs better than new. I have owned it since 2008 when it had approximately 7,000 miles. I bought it from the original owner and it was completely stock except for slip-on mufflers and a Harley Stage 1 download. I set out to customize this exactly how I wanted while keeping the key components original. This bike has never been in an accident or laid down in any way.
It is difficult to list all of the things I added but I'll give it a try. Starting with the front end I added some really cool axle nut covers, ome 16" Wild One Chubby Apes, elocated the blinkers off the handle bars to the fork, hromed everything on the controls. Added nicer mirrors, ew cables and those cool Harley chrome grips.
On the frame, added some Kuryakyn frame covers near the neck and a chrome oil cooler cover down low. I have the original crash bars but added adjustable highway pegs that match the "chrome and rubber" theme of the rest of the controls. The front forks a lowered slightly from the factory as part of the CVO package. I also added Arnott Air Ride shocks that have an on-board air compressor. With a discreet but easy to find switch, ou can lower and raise the bike about 3 inches. This means you can ride low and drop it down or you can put some extra air and ride two up across the state. Very comfortable and convenient suspension but also easily removable if you choose.
The rear of the bike has been cleaned up by removing the license plate off the rear fender to under the left saddle bag. It is a much cleaner look and I am using a street glide light bar with LED lights. All of the lenses or tinted for a custom look and LEDs except for the headlight. The saddle bags have felt liners in them as well as custom storage bags. The tires are almost new and are the highly regarded Michelin Commander II's with approximately 2500 miles on them. Lots of tread left. The wheels are so cool as they are made by the hotrod wheel company Centerline. They are made of spun aluminum and are one of the toughest wheels you will see on a Harley.
The heart of this beast is the 103" beast. It is stock with a true Stage 1 which includes a K&N stage 1 air filter, D&D Fatcat 2-1 Header and a Power Commander III usb tuner with a very good tune that still sees excellent economy. This bike has approximately 95hp and 100 ft lbs of torque. This is much more powerful than a current 103" that Harley puts in their bikes now. Even though the displacement is the same, he motor is different and the 103" in my bike and others like it are significantly more powerful. This bike sounds amazing. I would say it's pretty sweet sounding but if you need something quieter you would be able to rewrap the baffle and have a much quieter ride.
I have four seats available and will let you have the stock seat plus your choice of one more. The pics may show several of them. I have the original cables, andlebars, s well as misc. other parts that go with it. Including magazine articles featuring this model, actory manuals and sales literature.
There are lots of other things that I could tell you about the other additions. Take a good look at the pictures and ask me whatever you would like to know.
This bike is for sale locally, o theres that. I'm not desperate, o theres that, oo. However, 'll make you a good winter price on this hotrod. I will cooperate fully in any logistics necessary to ship.
