They do notgivetitles on a lot of thesevehicles . It will have an OriginalBill Of Sale from the Wisconsin DMV . ThisBill ofSale works just fine for exporting . If you are titling this in the State, PLEASE check with your local DMV BEFORE bidding . Some states will allow a title with an inspection but some wont . Please note : This is not a salvaged bike . E Bay does not provide a drop down box for NO TITLE . This bike will only come with a Bill of Sale . **

** I have no doubt this bike would pass any inspection . All work has been done and everything is as it should be . **

**Thebike didn't need much when it came in . The driver had hit a deer. (Deer and driver are okay)We replaced the inner and outer fairingand had it painted to match the factory color VividBlack . We also painted the front fender and left saddle bag. Everything else was good . The forks are fine and the frame is straight !! Mechanicallyit is excellent !!**
