Harley Davidson Boardtrack Racer Replica vintage motorcycle

Here we have a tribute I built to the Board Track Racers from the 1910's and 1920's.   I have built several of these over the past few years and these things are just an all around blast. 80/66cc 2 cycle.   All parts are new. the rust look is a faux rust finish. no actual rust on the motorcycle.   I added a few upgrades over stock kits like a U. S. made size 41 drive chain over the cheap Chinese chain. aluminum exhaust gasket. upgraded engine hardware. balanced single piece crank. a much better 4 bolt chain tensioner. and the upgraded "Speed" carburetor.   Top speed is about 30mph with the current sprocket.   All nuts and bolts have loctite blue (service removable) applied to them for safety.   The tank is a sheet metal "shell".   There is a 1/2 gallon plastic tank inside (good for 70miles on a full tank) as well as the fuel filter and shut off valve. When you do ride this motorcycle you won't get far without getting several smiles and many thumbs up.   Take it to a local bike night and you won't get a minute to yourself :)   No reserve!
