Up for auction today is my latest completed Harley restoration. This is a 1967 Harley FL in Crystal Blue with White panels. This was originally a police bike that
has been put into civilian colors with the siren. flashing lights. foot clutch. and hand shift removed. This is the more rare FL with just over 2000 produced in 1967. /p>
compaired to the more common FLH with nearly 6000 produced for 67. As with all my restorations this bike has been completely taken apart. The frame. swing arm
oil tank. battery box. and most other black parts have been powder coated. The motor has been completely gone through with 20 over pistons. valve job. all bearings
checked and replaced where needed with all new gaskets and seals. The trans. has also been gone through same as the motor. New swing arm and fork bearings and
seals. new rims with stainless steel spokes and new replica black wall tires. Has original Tillitson carb. new replica wire harness. Most parts are original Harley with
a few aftermarket parts when necessary. Aluminum parts have been polished. chrome parts have been re-chromed. paint is new to match original.
As with all my restorations this bike looks like it just came out of the factory. Also as with all my restorations this bike has not had any oil or gas installed and it
has not been started. All wiring has been tested. lifters set. carb and timing set to factory specs. It should start if you add gas and oil but it has not been tried because
most of my restorations go to private collections and never get started.
