1975 Harley Davidson SS 250

I have for sale a 1975 Harley Davidson SS 250- 2 stroke motor cycle for sale. I got it from my wifes uncle about 20 years ago to restore and just have not had the interest. It has not run for a very long time and is rough but I believe it will run with some parts. I cleaned the fuel tank then relined it and have not run any gas through it yet. It needs the throttle/oil cable and the adjusting sleeve into the oil pump. It will need some wiring done as well. The engine turns over and seems to have good compression. the gear box seems fine. tires are in good condition. I pulled the alt. leaned the surfaces and cleaned the carb. The bike is not far from running with a few parts. It needs paint but there are not many dents and what there are are minimal. There is some surface rust on the wheels but a lot of it came off with some work that I did. It would be a good project for some one and could be a neat thing to have I just have lost the desire to pursue it any further. I live not to far from Denver. Colorado and would deliver the bike to within 100 miles or so of my location but otherwise buyer would be responible for shipping. Payment thru Pay Pal or certified funds.
