This rare and much sought after tax exempt 1973 Honda CB750K3 has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES. As you can see this bike is very nearly complete missing just the battery & the ballend off the brake lever. It is remarkably original but for the exhaust system which surprisingly is baffled. It has obviously stood a while so the paint work is all faded & gators are perished. Sadly the r/h side panel is cracked & speedo cases are dented. BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS. The bike is every bit as solid as it looks here. The wheels are straight with clean chrome rims. good hubs & brake plates. disc. caliper & working master cylinder. Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome. Mudguards are both solid. Fuel tank has been coated inside. Carburetors are free sliding off the twist grip. Seat base is in good condition throughout. Chain guard is tidy. The engine is cosmetically clean but has minor fin damage on the r/h side of the barrels. it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression – When we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it a few squirts of ether it starts & runs but the carbs do need cleaning. If you require any further information please give us a call or better still visit our showroom and have a good look over the bike for yourself – after all who are you going to believe me or your own eyes?
