Up for auction is a 1970 Candy Ruby Red Honda Z50 AK2. This bike has been fully restored. Most of the parts on the bike are original. including the engine. tank and frame. Color correct. Runs and shifts strong through all 3 gears. The only unoriginal parts on the bike are the fenders. tires. seat cover. headlight/ tailight assembly. wiring harness. stator. cables and chain guard. Almost all of the replacement parts are NOS. This bike was taken down to the frame and restored. The transmission shifts strong and runs well through all 3 gears. The cases were not split. The valves/springs were replaced by the previous owner. The timing chain and top end was replaced with NOS. The stator. points and condenser were replaced with NOS. All of the engine seals have been replaced. The steering stem and forks were restored including new seals. The engine/cases have been painted/polished and look amazing!The bike is in excellent condition. It would make a great bike for a collector or could be ridden daily.
