1997 Honda XR400R with "R" title in PA (Converted off-road to street legal)

I purchased this bike to use when my other dualsport broke down last year. Since it has been repaired. I no longer need this bike. I put a few thousand miles on it but it is a kick-start only model as it was an off-road version converted to street legal before I bought it and I need the electric start. Bike has problem idleing at low speed. It may need a new jet or just a cleaning but I'm not a mechanic so it you are familiar with this bike and like to tinker it may be a good runner for you. Overall. its in pretty decent shape for its age. plastic is pretty good. gas tank vinyl graphics have some air bubbles in them. seat is stock original. and I added the tool bag on the back fender and put in a tool bag holder assembly from an old DRZ bag that I had.
