1995 Honda CB400 Super Four MOT 2016 Full Yoshimura Exhaust Renthals Dominators

 CB400SF (Super Four). Starts. runs. rides and stops very well. Full Yoshimura titanium/alloy exhaust with plenum chambers. Semi flat Renthals and twin Dominator headlights. MOT until 20th January 2016. No advisories other than 'non-standard exhaust'It has covered just over 45k miles (73k km on km clocks). Removable mph overlay. When I got it. it had been sprayed completely matt black - everything. including the exhaust. I've no idea why anyone would want to cover up an expensive Yoshi. but there you go - I've gradually been removing that. but there are still signs of the 'paint job' here and there. which could be further improved. I've rubbed through to the tank decals. which are now showing. but the rest of the the tank is still in satin black. as is the tailpiece. It's not the best look and the photos have tended to flatter the paintwork. but is OK from a couple of yards and suits the style of the rest of the bike. The side panels are carbon wrapped and look OK. Otherwise it's just general wear and tear you'd expect from a bike of this age: there are some cracks in the seat vinyl. as shown in one of the pictures. the rear springs have been painted as the original paint came off while I was removing the matt black and the headlamps have some crackling to the paint on the top side. The tyres are both very good. the discs are perfect. the stanchions are very clean. It also has a scottoiler. which usually shows a careful owner at some stage in the past. The last engine oil and filter change was 3500 miles ago (5500km) but as that was over a year ago. I'd want to change it fairly soon. I've been told it's OK for the new A2 license too. Overall it's a good reliable bike. which goes very well and looks quite smart. but would also benefit from some more cosmetic help. Comes with the last 7 MOTs and the last service receipt.
