Up for bid is this really cool Honda CB750A. The "A" is for automatic. It does not require the rider to use a clutch to shift gears. Simply roll off the throttle and click the foot shifter. They only made these for a few years and you don't see many of them around anymore. The bike currently does not run as it has been sitting for about 4 years without being on the road. The battery will need to be replaced and all the old gas drained. The carbs will probably need cleaned also for top performance. It ran fine and all the electronics worked when put away. Like I said it just sat in the garage for about 4 years so it is going to need a tune up. The bike is in really good condition for being 37 years old. As you can imagine it has a few dings and scrapes here and there but not bad. I took a lot of pictures so look at them and contact me with any questions you might have. The only thing on the bike that I know needs attention is the front brake. The caliper is off but comes with the bike. It will need rebuilt and fluid added. It was sticking. You can get rebuild kits on ebay or from a dealer fairly cheap. The paint on the bike is all original and has a few nicks and scrapes in a few spots but it is still glossy and nice. The gas tank is spotless inside with no rust visible. The chrome has a few specs of rust here and there but will most likely buff right off. No major rust anywhere. The seat is nice with no tears or holes. The tires look to have a lot of life left on them. Honda built this bike using a lot of the same parts that come on a Goldwing so it is built well. It also has a roll ball and factory Honda highway pegs. It comes with a set of Markland footrests that really add to the comfort when riding. When these were install the shifter lever was not long enough and a piece was added to extend it for shifting. homemade but works fine. The worst part of the bike is the exhaust. I believe these are the originals and they both are rusted through. You can probably add clamps at the rusted areas and get a lot of life out of them yet. All and all a pretty good bike yet that really just needs a little attention to get it back on the road. I have the title and two original Honda ignition keys. I also have the original owners manual that will go with it. It is being sold "AS-IS" due to the age of the bike. I will not ship it. It is for pick up only. If the new owner wishes to have a shipping company pick up the bike that is fine but it will be COMPLETELY handled by the new owner. All I will agree to do is be here to open the door for them. The winner of the auction will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of $200 dollars to my paypal account within 24 hours of the auction end. The remainder of the balance will be due in cash upon pick up of the bike.
