2004 Honda Varadero XL 125 - Ideal first learner bike

2004 Honda Varadero XL125 - Learner legal bike. MOT June 2015. Tax March 2015. The bike is ready to ride away. It's an ideal first bike for a learner. I'll throw in the L-plates too if you want them. I bought the bike to learn to ride on and have since passed my tests so am selling this on to move up to a bigger bike. It's a great bike to ride. great to learn on and has been very reliable.  It's very suitable for taller riders - I'm 6'4 with long legs and this is comfortable and easy to ride. unlike some other much smaller 125 bikes which can be a pain for taller bikers!For its MOT this year (<200 miles ago). it had a new rear tyre fitted and in the process a new set of rear brake pads and caliper rebuild. Also comes with a near full tank of petrol and decent chain with plenty of life. Good condition overall. everything working and runs well. nice to ride. Has great "big bike" looks and includes the handbook.  The bad parts - There is a scratch on the right side fairing where the bike fell over with a previous owner. As I understand it fell over whilst parked. The scratches go upwards. not along. The fairing isn't cracked and could be quite easily repaired. Also there is a nick in the left side of the seat. but otherwise the seat is very clean and good condition. There is some flaking of the paint on the left side and some minor corrosion here and there such as the left mirror stem. Easily sorted. I just haven't had the time.  Overall this bike is very decent. solid and reliable. Will make a great starter bike for somebody looking to learn.  Viewings welcome. test rides possible if you put cash in my hand. Open to sensible offers.
