1966 HONDA CA 150 DREAM

For Sale 1966 Honda dream 150. No title!!! You are looking at a very beautiful 90% original piece of Honda history. I've owned this bike for approx. 2 years Since owning I've polished the engine cases cleaned and polished the exhaust had a few small pieces; including the side covers (previous owner stripped the paint) and engine head pieces powdercoated in black. Also wet sanded and waxed paint for being almost 50 years old the paint is beautiful but does show sings of age. i have replaced the Stock air filter with a UNI pod filter and installed a new chrome petcock with an inline glass fuel filter. The tank was cleaned and gel coated and has not had fuel in it since I've owned it. Electric start works and I have run the engine on an external fuel bottle 2 or 3 times since owning just to test. Previous owner jumped bike with a 12 volt jump box and blew both head and tail lamp bulbs I checked and tested wiring and found no shorts everything except the bulbs seem to work horn starter etc. It will need a new 6 volt battery. A few cosmetic things to mention the head light bezel has a small dent in and the back portion of the lower front fender has a small amount of body damage and a few spots of paint are missing. Other then that you would be hard pressed to fine such a nice 50 year old Dream. Please understand that the pics do this bike justice it is a beautiful example of Honda history but there are a few small scratches trim pitting bottom of exhaust chrome starting to peel in a few spots etc issues. I'm sure I forgot a few things so feel free to ask question prefer you to pick up the bike but might be willing to meet you and or deliver with in reason for a small fee depending on distance contact me before auction end to discuss. I will not give this bike away I love it to much but I'm also not using it and its a shame to see it sit around. It has been kept inside since I've owned it and has not seen rain snow or even to much sun since owning. It will need front and rear tires if you plan on riding it regularly as I stated hasn't been run in a while it will need to have a basic check up and clutch adjustment.
