1971 Honda Mini Trail - Z50

Up for auction is an original unmolested 1971 Honda Z50 Mini Trail bike in excellent condition. It has been in dry climate controlled storage since 1974. This a truly 1 owner bike that comes with the original warranty card still attached to the backing that came from Honda the original bill of sale from Honda of Winston-Salem original congratulations letter from Honda that came when you bought the bike and the original envelope from Honda dated March 1971 with the 6 cent stamp on it. The widow says the bike did not have a title so I do not have a title for the bike. If youneed documentation I can give you a bill of sale with the bike.

This machine was taken out of storage by the owners widow 3 weeks ago. I put a genuine Honda NOS air filter element genuine Honda NOS fuel line and changed the oil with GN4Honda oilon the bike as well as an NOS NGK spark plug and the bike fired right up. The bike runs and shifts perfect. It is a 3 speedEverything works perfectly. All components function properly. The bike comes with the original Honda key which is in perfect condition.

All of the aluminum and chrome componants are in excellent condition. As you can see in the picture the engine transfer case chain carb etc are extremely clean. No broken or discolored wires on the bike.

The bike is in excellent condition but it isn't perfect as the frame have a few chips and scratches butthe restof the components are perfect such as: fenders seat headlight and exhaust lenses tires grips andwheels. The tires are original and are in excellent condition. The brakes work excellent.The brake light lenseand license plate bracket are perfect and the brake light works perfect.The tank has 2 very small chips next to the gas cap which can be seen in the picture but otherwise the tank is perfect with no dents or damage. All in all this machine is in very good shape and will compliment any collection out there. No disappointments with this bike.
