1974 Honda XR 75 - Project bike

This is a nice 1974 XR 75 project bike for someone who is mechanically inclined. It has been in storage for a long time. Ran prior to being in storage. Engine has good compression but when I tried to start it I noticed it did not have spark. I ordered a brand new coil, ew wire harness and sent the stator out to be refurbished with a brand new condenser, oints and pickup coils (see pic). I still can't get spark so I am not sure if itis a ground issue or if the kill switch contacts need to be cleaned. I don't have the electrical skills to figure it out so I am selling as is. Below I will go into some details about the bike but if you have additional questions feel free to contact me. Thisis a nice bike and if you are mechanically inclined it wouldnt take much to get it close to perfect. If you are an XR guy you know this is one of the most collectible years. (I am open to taking a part payment for this bike as long a it does not go beyond 6-8 week. We must discuss this prior to purchase).

** SEE LAST PICTURE - I am including some other parts with the bike - original carb, ew clutch case screws, ew chain adjusters, ew valve cover gasket, ew brake rod spring ands warning decals, ew rear sprocket guard and counter sprocket retainer.

Frame (# 1124969) - - - - clean, traight and no repairs

Motor (# 1125016) - - - - clean, ood compression, an well before being stored but currently does not have spark. The entire ignition system is new. (PLEASE NOTE: I noticed in one of the pictures thereis only one screw holding the point cover on.I do have the other screw and will install it). I also installed a new Carb. the original one comes with the bike as well.

Wheels: rear rim chrome I nice, ront rim chrome has pitting (see pic), ires are almost new

Body: side panels, enders and tank were professionally painted base coat/clear coat. No dent in the tank. Thereis a scratch on the rear fender but it is behind the frame loop so its not to noticeable. Decals are new and there is a new petcock on the tank as well.

Seat:cover & pan arein good shape

Muffler: appears to be stock. small dent in rear and neck had a professional repair (see pic). One of the bolts that connects the muffler to the bracketis broken and will need repair.
