1979 Honda hobbit (vintage ,barn find) and quingi qt50

Here we have some cool projects that I just don't have time for. Basically two for one cause the hobbits worth $500 as it sits
The Honda hobbit is 1979 I believe and are very rare as you can see it's probably the only one on eBay..comes with Bill of sale
the quingi qt50 has extremely low miles... 250 miles ... That s nothing... Never been registered have papers for it...
Both need to be fixed and are not running but should be no problem if you have know how
got the honda as you see it havent touch it yet .....dont have time to make it a project....got it as barn find...selling as is ...dont know whats wrong with it but i assume its the same as any other bike thats been sitting for years
Quingi started to take apart but got shelved for more important projects ...not sure whats wrong it never got that far ...was told carb problems from sitting for a while....bought as is selling as is (needs couple minor parts that i know of.... lock set and air filter box, aybe some screws besides that i think its complete
need space for my bigger motorcycles must go
