I am selling the love of my life due to my old age.

I haven't been able to ride her for several years now, he's been stored in garage. I will be the first to admit the old girl still looks good but she needs a lot of TLC that I can not give her anymore. She survived my three marriages but now arthritis and diabetes have taken their toll and it's now time to let someone else take care of her.

I've owned this girl since 1985, he had 3000 miles on her when I bought her. Had a few scratches and scrapes where previous owner dropped her. All major mechanical work while I have owned her was done by motorcycle shops. I've ridden her to Daytona so many times I can't remember, he trips through the north Georgia mountains are all now fond memories.

Your guess is as good as mine as to what the girl needs to be put back on the road and hopefully back in showroom condition.

The last year I had her running, ay have been 011 or 012, had to have gas tank soldered and sealed which resulted in my "rattle can" spray painting of tank. It came out okay to my thinking. She was having problems with the electrical connections corroding so with every trip something needed to be cleaned. I did notice seepage on front forks and no air when stem depressed.

In all the years I rode her, he never had any problems with jumping gears. She was fast for her day, n the first couple of years I personally had her up to 140 mph, f you can believe the speedometer, n two occasions.

She's being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS". The bidding starts at 99 cents, o give you guys who like to bid some practice bidding, lthough to me the love of my life is "Priceless" and selling her will undoubtedly be my fourth broken heart, have set a reserve of $1800.

If the old girl doesn't sell then I plan to have her disassembled and parts sold one by one.
