Description
About the bike: “CB77 Superhawk” 1967 Honda CB77 complete frame off restoration. This bike started as a barn find stored for more than 30 years. It even came with a solid mice nest on the tool box compartment. The bike went through a complete tear down, lean up, owder coating, ainting and full rebuild. The following are the major components worked on. As of now, he bike only has 16 riding miles and therefore only revving to about 4-5K RPM. - Complete tear down
- Cases, covers, ylinders and head were soda blasted
- Inspected transmission, rank and road bearings – replaced where needed
- All new gaskets and seals

- New pistons, ings, ins and circlips - pistons are +1mm and high compression Italian made
- Carburetors fully disassembled, onic cleaned and rebuilt
- Wheel teardown and rebuilt with new bearings, eals, pokes and nipples
- Completely rebuilt brakes with new brake shoes
- New tires with 2.75x18 front and 3.00x18 rear (original size for this model)
- Rebuilt forks with new seals and fresh 7.5 weight oil
- New speedo and tachometer cables
- New clutch and brakes levers and cables - new mirrors
- Wheel hubs powder coated
- Frame, forks, ide covers and tank covers powder coated
- Tank, front and rear fenders were blasted to bare metal and painted in BMW Hennarot color code
- Replica headers and period sport silencers (mufflers). These are mechanically baffled.
