It has not been restored, t is just that clean. I know there is a trend towards the highly polished engines (But I think over polished and certainly not very original). This is an extremely clean original engine. If you want to polish it, ou’ve got a great starting point. If not, here is nothing to do to the bike except ride it. Embarrassingly I have hardly ridden this bike since I’ve owned it. Too many other bikes, ncluding another CBX. It’s been ridden locally just to keep the fluids moving. If fires right up. Sounds great under the HM422 exhaust. You cannot find these exhaust systems any more. It was installed before I bought it and it looks great. Everything on this bike is very, ery clean and looks terrific. And, s they always say, ith increasing prices on these things, ou are only original once. I know it’s been repainted but, therwise, his is a very original survivor.
