The only thing the bike really needs is the choke adjusted, ither a cable or the pull on the bars. When its cold, he bike is VERY difficult to maintain idle, ike every old Honda, ut without a choke its a crapshoot until its warm. It is not a must, ut if I was keeping it that is the first thing I would do. Once warm it runs and rides great.
The bike may also need a battery, ut this one may come back with use.
