Honda VFR 800 V-tec F4 ABS - GREAT CONDITION - NO RESERVE- FULL LUGGAGE AND ACC

My VFR800 is up for sale. This is the F4 version which is generally recognised as the first of the sorted VTEC models. I've ridden the previous versions and the VTEC kicks in and out too harshly for smooth ridin ridingg. these F4's have an 'intelligent' system which blends the VTEC in smoothly and also keeps it in when you need it. The bike is in very good overall condition with the usual time/mileage related blemishes. It has a full and comprehensive history without any gaps and has had the expensive valve clearance service done recently with report. Loads of receipts and history included.

The bike comes with full Honda luggage system including waterproof inner liners. protective case covers and a quality outdoor cover(hardly used as bike is kept indoors) It also has heated grips. a 12 volt marine spec socket. solo seat cover. double bubble tinted screen and battery optimiser socket.

VFR's are smooth. fast and economical. they also handle brilliantly and don't get phased by pot-holes. cats eyes etc. I recently went from the UK to Spain with my wife. After one week of 1. 00 miles of motorway. twisty mountain roads and variable weather. the VFR was the star performer in all ways. I would love to keep it but have changed direction bike wise (and some money!!)

The bike has a brand new chain and sprocket and front tyre (Michelin Pilot Road3) the rear tyre has about 1500 miles left in it and is also a Pilot (Road 2)

Also included but not pictured are the pillion grab rails and spacers. The last minor service was done at 36. 00 miles so not due another for quite a while.

The only thing that I meant to replace but haven't is the filler cap. this is only due to it's cosmetic appearance as the paint is starting to lift. it functions fine but thought I'd point it out. they are easy and inexpensive to replace.

Overall the bike feels brand new and everything ever written about how great they are is true. whether you're gently cruising or going for it. it just does everything brilliantly.
