Honda Shadow VT125 2003

This auction is for my Honda Shadow 125. Like all Honda engines. it's bulletproof and a real workhorse. I used this bike for my daily commute and it's easily my favourite ride out of any bike I've owned! Incredibly enjoyable and comfortable. even if you're a taller rider like myself. and the 125 uses the same size chassis as all shadow models up to the 750cc so it has the size of a much bigger bike. I've decided to sell as I have got myself a bigger bike. and can't afford to run them both and don't have the room in the garage for a summer bike. This is the second shadow I've owned so I kitted it out with just about every extra available apart from a windshield;Engine Crash Bars (£80)Headlight Visor (£20)Back Seat Rest & Luggage Rack (£130)Side Cover (£25)Air Filter Cover (£55)Front Brake Master Cylinder Cover (£20)Chrome Tail Light Cover (£30)There is a few things that need to be done with the bike. the exhaust is blowing so will need replacing at some point (I have done a repair with 'Gun gum' so it's fine for MOT). the front tyre needs to be changed. the righthand side cover is missing but it's purely cosmetic. and the chrome has some surface rust/pitting. but will come off with a good clean. Other than those points the bike is great and runs and rides superbly. As I have another bike. the shadow has not tax or MOT. but I start it every few days and can be ridden on my road for a test of the gears etc if you wish.
