honda cr 250 super evo 1994

Honda cr 250 that I believe to be 1994 but im not 100% as I am not sure how you find out the year off the frame numbers.

the bike is eligible to race in the super evo group pre 1996 and that is the main reason I bought the bike however things change and I now don't have time to restore the bike or to use once I have.

the bike its self is in great condition considering this is a 20 year old mx bike although does has it's faults as you would expect needs a very good service.

it has had a slight repair to the casing where the clutch fork rod runs in front of the sprocket it does not leak oil and is usable but could do with a repair to make it look nice once again. ( no chunks missing just a crack )

has slight water leak from what I am told is the water pump its not a big or expensive job but would need doing however the coolant does still circulate and the bike has not been ridden with this fault therefor it hasn't been over heated.

brakes are in good condition very little wear in the callipers which is unusual on an old mx bike also they do not bind or stick but does need new levers as these are worn.   

all frame numbers intact as well as engine number

I have owned the bike for approx. 7 years in this time it has been sat in a central heated garage at the side of my house and only been used twice to run in after full bottom end rebuild using genuine NOS parts. the bike does not jump gears.

will run and ride but to be used on a track I would suggest you have a good look at it before you take it out as I don't want to be held responsible for someone hurting them selves.
