Superdreams in this condition are getting rare and becoming classics. They are effectively small bore versions of the 400. well over-engineered. with bullet-proof mechanicals and typical Honda build quality. I bought this one two years ago to take part in a round-Wales tour in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care in 2013. using older bikes. It had been standing a few years but after spending the winter fixing it up. it did the 800 mile round trip with absolutely no problems. It even completed a few laps of the Pembrey and Ty Croes race circuits at a fair old lick with full camping gear. on board!Bottom line is that performs exactly as it was designed to do - quite revvy. smooth. with surprisingly good brakes and handling. The old MoTs and service records that came with it suggest that 24. 00 is genuine mileage. General condition suggests it had been looked after for most of its life. GOOD* Everything works!* Mechanically sound. quiet. smooth and smoke-free* Sailed through MoT last week with no advisories* Comstar wheels are almost like new* Good tyres* Chrome mostly good* Rebuilt front brake with new piston* New pattern front mudguard* Haynes manualBAD* Fuel tank had a few pinholes in it. I have patched them for now but it really needs a new one - quite a few used ones about or you can even buy them new and fully painted if you fancy doing a complete restoration* Black rattle-tin paint job is 'temporary'. for reason above
