2001 Valkyrie Standard (w/hardbags).... Tons of Chrome!!!!

For sale is my 2001 Valkyrie Standard with custom painted OEM hard bags. This beauty was purchased from a friend. who bought it new. so the ownership tree is intact (never wrecked or dropped). This Valkyrie is super-blinged out and would need very little to make it into a custom showpiece. or you can use it as a awesome looking daily driver. I did all the additions to it and can tell you it was done right. Runs perfect (see video).  Here's what she has:-Chrome front wheel-Polished (looks like chrome) front brake rotors-Chrome front calipers with stainless front brake lines-Chrome front forks. with all new seals and bushings-Chrome triple tree-Chrome risers w/chrome clamp-Chrome master cylinders-Chrome OEM levers-Chrome handlebar controls-Chrome hand grips-Polished radiator hose slinky-Chrome VRCC (Valkyrie Riders Cruiser Club) radiator cover-Chrome oil filter-Cleaned and semi-polished water pump cover-Kuryakyn 4050 highway pegs-Kuryakyn retro highway. foot pegs. and rear foot pegs-Kuryakyn spark plug covers-Kuryakyn transmission covers-Kuryakyn chrome neck cover-Chrome rear peg mount brackets-Chrome truck stacks-Chrome taillight cover with clear lens (red BRIGHT LED taillight)-OEM saddlebag guards-Clear turn signal lenses-Took the OEM reflectors off the side of the radiator and side of the hard bags. and wired white LED reflectors that light up. A chrome push button was mounted on the chrome engine hanger covers. -OEM hard bags. custom painted to match the blue with white stripe paint scheme excellently-Mufflers have the "Ragner" cut to them to give the Valk a nice deep throaty roar. Not super loud. no drone. -Has a brand new General Altimax car tire on the back. Rear end service done at that timeWhat's wrong with it:-Scratches on the rear of each hard bag. Both are about an inch long (one slightly wider than the other). Both are pictured below. -47. 82 miles. No more miles as she is put away for winter (fully winterized)-Since all the chrome was added. the Valkyrie was only ridden probably about 200 miles. Handles and runs perfectIf you need to ship it. I am willing to work with you (drop a few hundred from the final price). If you want to meet. I am willing to meet you within 400 mile radius of Youngstown. Ohio (but you bought it that point. won't travel for you to just look). If you don't want the car tire on it. I will knock off a couple hundred so you can get a MC tire. Reason I am selling. is building it was half the fun and I really haven't ridden it that much. Why pay insurance and clean it if I'm not riding it.
