Description

Ok. This is a garage kept bike that gets ridden weekly and will go anywhere. Needs nothing to ride. Here's a list of all the goodies it's received in the recent past:First off. the paint on this bike is completely original. it isn't by any means perfect but looks great considering it's age. a few scratches here and there but nothing noticeable to anyone but the owner. Inside of the tank is completely rust and tarnish free.  New tires. tubes and rim strips. All new cables (front and rear brake cables. tach and speedo cable. throttle cable). new levers. throttle and grips. ll lights and gauges work. Gauge is off in the pictures but was just rebuilt by Foreign Speedo and is since back on the bike. Looks and works excellent. Complete top end rebuilt- Wiseco pistons and rings. cylinders. valves etc. Already had its break in running and oil change and valve readjust.  Carbs have new needles and gaskets and have been cleaned and synced. New intake boots and new air filters. original remans. Regulator/rectifier updated. New drive chain and sprockets.  Seat has been redone using a cb77 specific seat cover. Bike has a title in my name and has current state inspection and registration. The bike has a rear fender on it that's been cut and refit but it will come with the original fender as well. still in great shape. Also comes with starter but it's not on the bike. I pulled the starter off the bike cause the starter chain started slapping around while riding and have honestly just never got around to getting a new chain and putting it on. Starter still works strong but this thing is so easy to kick over I haven't even bothered with it.  Here's the only "quirk". if it's been sitting for a few days it may take choking and a few kicks to start up. it'll take a few minutes to warm up and throttle up easy so in the first few minutes of running you have to baby the throttle. after that it's good to go! I think the carbs may be a little out of round internally but once it warms up it's perfect! I've contemplated putting aftermarket carbs on it but have heard stories about cb77's not liking new carburetors so I haven't wanted to try it out. You may now of a better way. But like I said. they only act that way on a completely cold start up from a few days of sitting.  I ride this bike daily and have even taken it on small road trips. I love it but the time has come to pass it along to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have :)If you have any questions at all please feel free to ask. I have an excellent track record on eBay so understand that I'm not making this bike out to be anything that it isn't. what you see is what you get. a great old motorcycle that has never left me stranded. Hopefully it will be the same bike for you! Let's have a great open communication and everyone will be pleased. I've purposely chosen pictures that don't flatter the bike so you won't be fooled. however. pictures do not do this bike justice anyway. it's way prettier in person and by no means not a ragged bike. everyone comments on how beautiful it is!A $500 nonrefundable deposit (sorry. gotta cover the selling fees) is due immediately after winning auction via PayPal and after that we can discuss whatever payment works best for you. I will not turn over the bike until I am paid the full amount and it's securely in my bank.  Shipping is up to the buyer. I do have a garage and will store the bike for a few weeks if need be while you figure out your shipping. No problem. United States sales only please.  Thanks for looking and have a good one!
