Honda XL600R Very good condition Low MIles TAX till 2015 and long MOT

RE-LISTED due to mind changer -see belowOnly bought this bike a few months ago but I've just lost my job due to ill health and can't afford to keep two bikes now. Nor do I have the energy to do any work on it. The good-It's a great example of an XL600 thumper-Starts nicely-Body work in very good condition-Forks. brakes. sprockets. all looks new. -Previous owner did lots of work on it-Imported from America but has full V5-MOT till May 2015-Tax till Jan 2015-11. 00 miles on clock. Unfortunately there's little paperwork to back this up. but the condition of the bike supports this. -Recent oil changeThe bad-Previous owner has put some gasket sealing on the engine. but he's done a good job-Smokes a bit when cold. running rich? ecause seems to hold oil okPLease feel free to come view the bike before end of auction 07815 979666 Im in North London N16. Cash on collectionNo time wasters please. Bloke who won this auction last week had already contacted me twice offering me an amount to stop the auction early. Didn't ask to come view the bike despite living in London. Got me to deliver the bike to him so he could 'give me the cash'. Delivered bike. as described in auction. on arrival it became clear he was there to view the bike. Wasn't happy that it was kickstart only. stalled it when he tried to pull away then flooded it trying to kick it.  Didn't know about finding TDC. to be fair to him it wasn't the ideal time to learn. He diagnosed the smoke as head gasket gone thus burning coolant. had to remind him its air cooled so no coolant.  He then said the bike wasn't mint and pointed to a new Mini and said 'that's mint. the bike isn't'. I'd at no point said the bike was mint. If you're reading this. as I said at the time. no hard feelings mate I understand that this bike isn't for you. I won't be leaving bad feedback and I've not said all this to try and show you up. it's to avoid me looking like I brought you a bike not as described or was dishonest in some way-as I don't feel I was. This is a good example of a buy and ride away XL600R with plenty of good points and some bad. the price reflects that I hope. If you don't know your bikes/old thumpers. please come see it before bidding or give me call.
