1974 Honda cb350 Four (For Parts, Not Working)

The bike is in decent aesthetic condition. it shows some rust and the tank is dented. I replaced the tires and the chain before the summer and then rode it with too little oil. My mechanic had just drained less than 40 ounces of oil and he suspect an extreme top end wear. He attempted a carb sync and timing adjustment but could not get it started. He also run a compression test: #1 & #2 = 68PSI#3 = 50 PSI#4 = 26 PSIIt would be too expensive for me to have the engine replaced and fixed so I sell it AS IS. I have a clear title in my name.
