Honda C72 Dream. 1965 Japanese Domestic model.

Honda C72 Japanese Domestic Dream. Very dependable and nice looking matching numbers example. This is not a show quality. flawless. or perfect example. but it is indeed a nice example with distinguishing features unique to the domestic model such as rotary 4 speed transmission. winkers (blinkers). etc. All electrical functions of this motorbike operate correctly. Starts up very easy hot or cold using electric start or foot pedal. Motorbike runs. rides. and shifts smoothly and stops normally.  Frame C72-1010527. Engine C72E-1010554.  Motorbike has a valid. current. non-operational status in our name in the state of California so transferring the title should be no nonsense. Engine oil is golden clean and has been kept that way. Motorbike has been properly stored out of the elements when not in use. 623 miles are currently showing on the MPH speedometer. (that may be slightly more by the end of the auction) the speedometer when we purchased the bike was also in MPH and showed 12. 80 miles when we acquired this bike. If I can locate that speedometer. it will be included in this auction. That was obviously not the original speedometer and that mileage is not confirmed. Original kilometers per hour speedometer was likely changed out when the bike came to the United States. These bikes originally had kilometer speedometers so actual mileage is not known. Bike has normal wear. tear. fades. rust. nicks. some non-original items. etc. but has been kept out of the elements during our years of ownership when not in use and is a respectable rider quality machine. If you are looking for an all original. as new. flawless perfect example. please do not bid. Ride. show. and enjoy just as it is. or take to the next level and go for an all original show quality restoration. Either way. this is a nice example and an affordable way to own a not so common dependable domestic model. I welcome visitors in person to view the bike in person but I respectfully request no test rides; I will however take you for a ride on the back and demonstrate all functions of the bike if you are not too heavy. Motorbike is also advertised in other avenues and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Motorbike is sold as is with no warrantee and no return. Shipping or pickup is the responsibility of the winning bidder. A $500. 00 deposit via PAYPAL is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the remainder of the balance due in cash or PAYPAL within 3 business days.
