1978 Honda Express moped scooter NC50 NO RESERVE! ONLY 1228 MILES!

1978 Express up for bids. I got this to add to my collection. but I'm looking more at a Trail 90 or 110. This bike was running this past summer. but it was hard to start. It had plenty of power though. I have not messed with it since then. The recoil pedal starter and release work fine. When it was running I did notice that none of the lights worked. It does have quite new Yokohama tires with good tread and no cracks. Seat has a tare as seen in the picture.   Missing rear light lens. Only 1228 miles! The box above says a clear title. but there is No Title. EBAY requires something in that field when posting.  I got this bike at the Vintage Motorcycle days swap meet from an older gentleman. Last time it was registered was 1980 according to the West Virginia inspections sticker.
