1970 Honda Mini Trail 70 complete Restoration! With Title!

 1970 Honda CT70 Mini Trail that I have owed since 1973. Comes with Original Michigan Title. It has underwent a complete restoration with as many NOS Honda parts as we could find. the whole bike is a contrast Semi gloss/ Gloss Black powder coat. even the frame/body/engine covers. all control levers (brake handles. shifter. rear brake arm. kick start lever). handlebars and brackets . oot pegs. foot peg bracket. engine guard. taillight housing. headlight bezel. shock springs and exhaust guard. I contrasted the blacks so that touching pieces were alternating between semi and gloss black. the bike looks way cool and better in person. the pics don't do it justice! everything that could be powder coated was done professionally by Monarch Powder Coating of Muskegon Mich. mechanical was done by certified mechanics at Bro's Cycle Masters.

The engine was completely disassembled by a certified motorcycle mechanic. nbsp;even the transmission. The engine cases split. new bearings installed. complete gasket set. clutch disassembled and cleaned. nbsp;cylinder was perfect and only required a honing for the new Genuine Honda Rings in a standard size. The cylinder head was rebuilt with new valve seal and valves. The carburetor was completely disassembled. cleaned and rebuilt with genuine parts. new genuine Honda cables installed where needed. complete new wiring harness. battery. bulbs and lenses.   Both sprockets and chain are brand new. The brakes were rebuilt and speedo cable is new.

The Honda runs perfect  as would be expected. Motor tuned and timed with new points and condenser .  Everything functions as it should. headlights are bright. high/ low works. horn works. speedometer. nbsp;tail lights and brake lights are bright as new and brakes stop great. The internal handlebar throttle has also been rebuilt with new internal parts and cables. . The only maintaince part not replaced were the tires. I spent over 2. 00 in parts and labor on this bike.
