Description

Listing my 92 Honda Goldwing 1500 SE . I bought it about six months ago thinking that's what my wife wanted to take long rides on but she doesn't like the color. Says its too old people (ish). I was going to have it painted but couldn't justify spending more on the bike then what I could sell it for. so here it is. Purchased it from the original owner which it sat for the last seven years in his garage. I've put new Dunlop III Elite tires on. progressive springs which are awesome. fork seals and oil. Gates timing belts. plugs. NGK plugs. fuel. il and air filters. cruise filter. front fork stabilizer brace. grommets for all the covers. shifter seal.  I also have a few other items that I have not installed which go with it. The right side passenger foot rest chrome is peeling. see pic. Also the front fairing reflector lenses have cracks. see pics.  The cruise control comes on but will not set. I believe it has something to do with the rear brake micro switch since I had it off when I flushed the brake fluid system. Also flushed the cooling system and put four quarts of Honda liquid back in. Has new engine oil as well as changing the diff fluid and used Honda moly lube on the drive shaft as recommended.  Throttle sticks slightly so I'm assuming the cables need lubricating. Snaps (3) are broken on the front leather cover. Front fender cover left side is missing. A few scratches here and there but is what can be expected for a 23 year old bike. Also missing right side door on rear trunk assembly. The bike starts right up. runs great and rides absolutely awesome with the new springs and tires. It has the tall windshield which I intended on putting a shorter one on but never got to it. Love the bike and if it were a color my wife liked would keep but it just sits in the garage covered. Has a matching color heavy duty cover.  I pay insurance on it for nothing so its got to go. It does run great but I think the carbs need to be synced as a scheduled maintenance item.  If you have any further questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for looking . Dennis

After everything done mentioned above I have only put 100 miles at the most on the bike.
