1981 Husky CR 430

This fine old bike has been through a major rehab. The engine is tight and compression is great, he carb has been rebuilt, he transmission shifts flawlessly, he front forks have been rebuilt and new oil and seals, he rear Ohlins have been rebuilt with a shock kit, he frame has been sand blasted and powder coated, he has a new chain, he muffler has new packing, he gas tank was cleaned and repainted with decals on the sides, he has new plastics and number plates, he seat is in good condition.

I took this bike out one time after finishing the work to give it a shake down, t is very fast and handles pretty good. I am an old desert racer and this bike is too much for me now, would rate it between Good and Very Good on NADA. This was a retirement project for me and I am working on the same bike in a 250. Love these old huskys as i could not afford one, ode a Suzuki in my racing days but sure I could have gone a lot faster on a Husky!!! Great suspension even by today's standards!
