1974 Husqvarna 450WRTHIS IS ANO RESERVE AUCTION.BIKE WILL SELL TO THEHIGHEST BIDDER.Please see my two other NO RESERVE Husky auctions --1975 360CR/GP restored and 1973 250WR all original.
This is an excellent low mileage original. New seat cover & fenders, therwise bike is remarkably original & correct. Nice bike, uns great. This is a very rare model as it was the last year that the 450 WR would be offered by Husky. Unusual in that these late-'74/early-'75 bikes looked very much like a '75 model 360 Husky WR, ut it is indeed the last of the big, orquey 450's. Original paint on tank is very nice, original WRABS plastic triangular airbox, xcellent new reproduction enders. Trelleborg front & Barum rear tires are decent but getting hard. Very nice Akront rims. Has very rare case-saver bars (not a skid plate) on both sides lower frame (see photos) that was an option back then. Also has a Lectron flat slide carb that runs excellent.

These 450's are like tractors, nd if you are on the short side and maybe a bit portly (aren't we all now?) then this is the vintage bike you've been waiting for. Will pull ANYONE up ANY hill! Nice bike--rare too. Could be made street legal due to title and lighting coil ignition---you add the lights.

ONLY ISSUES I can find are: Very normal/minor wear.

Excellent compression and spark. Starts easily and runs strong. Bike has been sittingfor a while and should have a complete RACE PREP by you prior to riding or racing it.
