Chassis and Suspension:

• Gas tank autographed by Torsten Hallman Four-Time World Motocross Champion
• Grace silver, aint code WB 8829
• Rebuilt front forks including new seals and wipers
• New Emgo rear shocks with new chrome covers
• Bufo Bolts throughout the bike, actory correct and Freshly zinc plated
• Trelleborg motorcycle tires (later model tires as original “544” went out of production in 1975)
• Re-chromed gas tank, ined with Caswell two part of epoxy to eliminate any seem leaks.
• Buchanan Stainless Steel Spokes and Stainless Steel Nipples
• Correct bars, orrect grips, orrect levers

Motor:

• Fresh crankshaft by Forest Stahl (Husky Expert in Indiana)
• New Wiseco piston (82 mm) in fresh bore
• All new bearings and seals
• NOS 12 T C/S sprocket
• NOS points and condenser with re-magnetized flywheel
• Rebuilt carburetor with next size smaller needle jet
• Correct silver sheathing over in ignition wires
