1931Indian402. I found this motorcycle sitting parked since 1960. the old story "I will get to it someday" never came for the last owner. it is mostly complete. the motor starts easily and runs very well and does not smoke. there are no repairs to the engine cases and both case halves match. it has the original DLX 77 carb, riginal lights, tc. the paint is not original, or sure re-painted prior to 1960. the paint is falling off in spots and it shows that the tank and fenders are without any damage, r repairs. the wheel bearings have been replaced, he hollow axles, ndthe tires.I started replacing the wiring harness but have not finished it enough to add a battery yet. I have ridden this bike very little, ut when I did it shifts well and rides smooth. I took it up to 50 mph easily. because I know nothing about the motor I amreluctant to put much time on it for fear of damaging anything. as I mentioned, t runs well and makes no engine noises, moke or otherwise. look at pictures carefully. I am happy to answer any questions. sold with a bill of sale. and license plate not included.
