Rare Vintage Indian Patrol Servicar Trike This is a No Reserve Auction

1962 Indian Patrol Servicar(Enfield based )Meter Maid Trike. Engine #980. Frame Serial #BR 090. Transmission #HCA 208 . 3 forward and 1 reverse gear. The engines for these are taken from the Royal Enfield 350cc Clipper model but are not recorded. . These bikes were despatched from Redditch in early 1959. so the engines would have gone to Pashley either very late in '58 or early '59 there were 200 manufactured. Body was made by the Pashley Company in the UK. Toronto PD ordered 52. This one has a seat for the "Chalker" to ride in. Engine runs with good compression. It has not been ridden in a long time. Though it has been titled in Florida for decades as a 1962 w/500cc's.
