Kawasaki Gtr 1000 A1 (Zg1000)

FOR SALE : KAWASAKI GTR 1000 A1 EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR AGE. COMPLETE WITH GENUINE GTR LOCKING LUGAGE.

I have owned this bike for over 4 years. used her every day in the spring and summer months. nd had her garaged every night.

For thoughs who may not be famillier with the model she is quite simply one of the best tourers ever made. Her full fairing gives total protection in all weathers. masive mirrors give excellent all round vision. while the power she produces from the ZG1000 A1 BULLITPROOF ENGINE. gives speed. comfort. reliabillity. and a beautifully smooth ride. As the A1 model. ie: the first GTR model. she has a slightly higher tune than say the A5. because as you may know Kawasaki tend to tune down as the models progress.

I have kept the bike serviced in all respects. changing oil and fillter every summer and winter. the exhaust (all four front pipes and the H box ) are brand new from summer 2014. brakes were serviced in november 2014 and all pads renewed. as far as i know this bike has never been dropped. or involved in any incident that would cause it damage. the lugage comes with two sets of keys and is a major asset to the bike.

A few things you should know: The rubbers around the wing mirrors have deteriorated a little but cause no ill effect. the tank has three very small stone chips on it which have been treated with touch up. the paint work is in very good condition concidering the bikes age but obviously very low down on the fairing there are the usual stone chips you would expect.

So here she is. i am so confident as to the reliabillity and condition of this machine that i will ride it to the buyer personally (within reasonable distance oviously) as long as the buyer pays my train fare home. HAPPY BIDDING.
