Kawasaki Z1100 (not Z1, Z900,GS1000)

New bike inbound so reluctantly my 1981 Z1100ST  is up for sale.   I have owned the bike since  June 2012 and have hardly used it so reluctantly she  needs to go to a new owner. Hopefully the pictures show just how nice it is and I haven’t seen a nicer  example.     Engine is absolutely spot on.   Starts easily and quickly settles into an even tickover – although hardly used it has been regularly started and ridden round the block now and again.   No knocks. smoke or nasty rattles – in fact I would suggest that this is an exceptionally quiet engine. Revs freely and ticks over at 1000rpm. Gearbox is slick with no jumping gears.   Clutch. shaft. electrics etc all work as they should.   Tyres are very good.    Paintwork is original and in very very good condition. Brakes are really very good for a machine of this age and she drives really well. She even has the original exhausts that are in very nice condition with good chrome. The pictures don’t lie but please don’t think this is a show piece - it has a few nicks here and there and there is also a chip to one engine fin (see pic).   It is a 34 year old bike but it appears to have been very well looked after by its previous owners. Come and have a look. you will not be dissappointed.
