This is a sweet very clean and powerful ride that handles like a dream and gets 42-45 mpg as well.
Kawasaki built these bullet-proof sport touring bikes from 1986 to 2008 and then released the 1400cc version which is still sold today.
Along with the factory side bags which are easily removed with a key and are usable as suitcases I added a large aftermarket top case which is also removable with a key and has tons of room. It is big enough to hold a full-face helmet and your jacket and gloves.
The bike needs nothing! It has a new rear tire front tire with 3000 miles and new front and rear brakes. The battery is one season old.
