1980 Kawasaki KZ1000G Classic. Rare one year production Fuel Injected model. Bike is original, nmolested, nd complete minus the airbox and rear grab bar. Bike has 18152 miles, nd has been unused for approximately 4 years. Clear Title. Bike show neglect from non-use, ut does not show any evidence of abuse. No attempt has been made to run the bike recently. Engine turns over nicely, ontrols function as they should. I have no reason to believe that any mechanical damage exists. Bike is straight and undamaged. Cosmetically, he tank needs refinishing as paint has lifted from condensation in several areas, nside of tank has very light corrosion, ank is solid. Side covers are undamaged. Fenders, xhaust, tc. is nice and will detail nicely. Wheels are good, ront tire is original. Chrome on engine cases could use refinishing. Overall, he bike is an honest example that needs some easy love.
This bike is an excellent and easy restoration project. These bike restored are selling for $6000-$10000.
