1988 Kawasaki KDX 200 aircooled enduro vinduro classic evo vintage green lane

1988 KDX 200 aircooled - restored  I had one of these when I was a kid. and always wanted another one. Spent the winter nut and bolt restoring it. As it's the last year air cooled kdx made. would make a great vinduro racer. or nostalgic greenlaner. or just keep in the garage to look at like I do :) saying that you'd be surprised how well this bike performs. It rides as new.   -Powder coated frame -Engine rebuilt. genuine piston and parts NOS from cradleys. Cylinder re honed. New clutch and kickstart mech.  - Engine. swingarm. spring. shock and engine mounts professionally painted by local body shop (no rattly cans) -brand new FMF fatty front pipe. and a DEP made to order rear silencer - brand new sm pro rims laced with stainless spokes and over sized nipples - hubs and other parts vapour blasted to give that 'new' look. Much finer process than normal sand blasting - genuine oem rad graphics from the states with new seat cover - new seat cover professional upholstered - all new clutch and throttle cables - KTM 85 footpegs (wider and more modern) old pegs included - complete new brakes. new front EBC disc with Goodrich braided front hose. new pads and brake lever. Calliper stripped and rebuilt. Rear hub stripped. cleaned and greased.  - every bearing on bike new. steering. swinging arm and uni-track links - suspension fully serviced by Ross Morgan@ Motopro Suspension - all major bolts. axles and hardware dipped in acid and re-zinced by truplate Bridgend to come up as new - all smaller m6 and m8 bolts and such renewed with oem style parts - new twin air filter - gold chain and renthal sprockets - original sourced chain guide and slipper (I had to buy another swingarm just to get these bits!) - genuine digital clocks. the last of the kdx digital. Sourced from the USA- rare as hens teeth to find - renthal K701 bars with oem style grips - TAX AND MOT till next year with v5 in my name and an original kawasaki service manual - currently on pirelli mt32 trials tyres as nice and stable on the road. but can give you some enduro fronts with all other spares I have Bike been ridden for about 2 hours gently on the road since it's rebuild.  Any questions please call.   Thanks.
