Kawasaki GPZ1100 GPZ1100S ZX1100-E2

For sale; my GPZ1100.  This is not an import. First registered on 9th September 1997. I became the third owner on 10th July 2000 and still have this letter of sale. I own it. am the registered keeper and have insurance documents for it in my name.  Both the motorbike and I reside at the address on the V5C document.  Previous owners names and addresses are available. I have past MOTs. tax disks and paperwork detailing parts. labour. Datatag.  HPI Check (when I bought it) and the original owners and service manuals.  Whilst not officially serviced for ages. handfuls of receipts for work and parts (and labour where applicable) are also available. I am using it less and less every year to the point where I can't convince myself. let alone my wife. that I should still keep it.  MOT Certificates and old tax disks are all available to evidence the low mileage.  It had 14. 00 miles on the clock when I bought it and has only 24. 10 miles as of today. It is taxed all the way until 31st May 2015. with the MOT lasting until 23rd June 2015. Soon after I took ownership of the bike "pitted cams" were found during a major service and were replaced. with Kawasaki helping towards the cost even though it was out of warranty  (I think Kawasaki knew that they had a problem around this time with pitting - either way. this has been fixed).  This work was carried out by a local Kawasaki Approved dealer. Since then. money that has been spent on the bike has been targeted at the mechanicals. rather than the cosmetics. The bike has had the wheels refurbished and new tyres fitted which all still look new (new original Kawasaki bearings in the rear wheel as preventitive maintenance). A new rear Hagon shock absorber with remote preload adjustment was fitted a few years ago. much improving the ride. especially if carrying a pillion.  I have the original Kawasaki rear shock in the Hagon box which I would be happy to let go with the bike. The original exhaust was replaced with a Motad stainless steel part of the same format (4 into 2) in order to preserve the rich low-down torque. The front forks were serviced and the seals replaced by the same Approved Kawasaki dealer. Of note:  there is no pitting on the front forks. The headlight brightness is much improved by the fitting of a Philips bluevision headlight bulb (standard power. but better output). The battery was replaced a few years ago. and having learnt my lesson. has since been connected to a battery maintenance charger whilst not in use.  It is therefor still in perfectly servicable condition. The chain and sprockets are kept fastidiously clean and still have many miles left in them. An under-seat "D-Lock" with keys and original Kawasaki tool kit are included with the bike.  The seat is in as-new condition with no marks or cuts to it. I have kept the bike garaged for the 14 years that I've owned it. The bike is totally roadworthy and is therefor capable of being ridden away; just bring a lid!Please feel free to email with questions.  I have more photos that I am happy to email to you.
