Vintage 1980 Kawasaki Z1 Classic KZ 1000 G1 - Very Good Condition

1980 Kawasaki 1000 Z1 G-Classic. Produced only 1 year. the G-Classic was very limited in production and was Kawasaki's first fuel injected motorcycle. This is model was the first mass production motorcycle and only built for one year. The serials run from 500004 ?ˆ“ 503205. meaning 3. 01 bikes were produced ?ˆ“ this bike is number 2709.

Fuel injection system has been replaced with 4 Keihin carburetors as fuel injection computer did not last the test of time. All original parts available except for fuel injection computer. which I am seeking to get from original owner. New front and rear Dunlop tires recently added. Previous owner added back rest and luggage rack as can be seen in photos.

Bike was originally purchased by a Pennsylvania small town chief of police and I am second owner. Bike was only used on weekends and kept in climate controlled garage. In 2008 hand painted custom pin striping was added by renowned artist Wild Bill. see photos for design and signature.
