Bobber Cafe Racer Kawasaki Ninja 1000RX PURPLE HAZE - SEE VIDEO

First thing. if you are viewing this ad from a phone. please take time to view from a computer with a decent size screen.   The bike deserves it.   This is a very nice example of a customized 1000R/RX.

1986 Kawasaki GPZ/Ninja 1000RX.   Before its customizing. this bike had a low 12. 51 miles.   Those are original miles.   Stock speedo/gauges will go with the bike.   Very good running motor.   Runs out very nice.   Everything works as it should.   I recently ordered a new set of Tour Master tires for front and back.   Bike currently has Dunlops.   They are deep in tread. but are out of date.   During a brisk acceleration of the throttle. the rear tire will spin loose.   Looks impressive to do a block long smokey. but not very practical. so I will have a nice new set to go with the bike.

What you are looking at here is a pared down customized 125 H. P. 10. 7 sec. 1/4 Animal.   More fun than a barrel of pi**ed off monkeys.   Nothing boring here.   I've used the bike to run local errands. and with a bike this much fun you find yourself looking for more places to go.   Bike has high/low beam. tail light with pulsating brake light and high decibel horn.   I have a mini speedo. but have not mounted it.   Actually. couldn't decide where I wanted it. so I'll leave that up to the new owner.   Bike will come with mini speedo and cable.

Paint is heavy metallic purple with clear coat.   Graphics are vinyl. applied on top of clear coat.   You have a choice of leaving as is. or easily removing.   The Purple Haze theme has been well accepted here locally.   Seems everyone likes it.   The gas tank is actually a cover that is housing a smaller gas tank. along with some of the electrics.   Ignition is down lower on the left side. along with a triple choice of toggle switches.   The ignition is of a universal type.   Just turn to start.   The toggle switches run the headlight and horn. and the amber switch is for the strobe light effects.   During the video I took. it was later afternoon. to give you a better idea of the lighting effect against the bike's paint and the way the lights work off the ground.   When it is fully dark out. it was hard for the camera to pick up the bike.   It was just catching the lights.   But. in person. it looks very nice.   It reflects off the bike and the surrounding area and picks up the metallic sparkle in the paint.  

There has obviously been many upgrades as stated earlier.   Running excellent. and ready to go.   Pretty much. as you can see. there has been a lot of time and attention to detail.   Not a show bike.   Never meant to be.   Just looks good.
