KAWASAKI H1A 500cc 1971 Classic

Kawasaki H1A 500cc 1971 Barn find. This is a UK model not an import.

From the information I recieved from the previous owner he was the second owner of the bike. I was been parked in his garage for 30 plus years as he was going to restore it but never got round to it. The engine turns over and is free with compression.  The parts I can see which are missing are as follows. Silencers. cables. side panel. steering damper knob (but the other damper parts are still on the bike) rear mud guard brackets. center stand spring. I have looked on USA ebay and all these parts are available.  I am not a kawasaki expert so I can't tell you anything else. I purchased to bike to restore but have other projects on the go and do not have the time or the space for it. I do not have a V5 for the bike but I have contacted DVLA and the bike is OK (not stolen). I have also had the bike checked out by the triple owners club who have provided a cert of year / model. I can provide the bill of sale from the previous owner and one from myself. cert confirming year of manufacture. paper work correspondence with DVLA. filled out V55/5 DVLA for to regerster the bike once it has been put back on the road. This is a Jap classic froms the 70's 2 stroke madness period which is begging to be restored. If you require more photos let me know what area of the bike you need to see.
