1973 Moto Guzzi Eldorado 850
Reshuffling the deck so this one is up for sale
Purchased a few years ago as a short term project
Replaced :
New Gilardoni Left cylinder and piston
Updated MG Cycle timing chain tensioner and front main seal
New clutch plates
Transmission has been massaged by Charley Cole / Zydeco racing
New AGM Battery
Baja Designs turn/horn/light switch assebly
Repaint is a few years old but has held up pretty well
Dunlop K70's are in good shape
Perfect bike for the Sunday morning ride, t's a looker but not so clean that you worry about every stone chip and scratch.
New front brake shoes but this model is not known for having a great front brake
Runs great, hifts much better than when I got it due to Charley Cole's touch.
You'll never confuse it with a new Honda but changing gears doesn't wake the dead either.
Recently repacked Dunstall mufflers give it a nice low throbby exhaust sound.
There are two dents in the gas tank that look like the handlebars rotated down at some point and kissed the tank.
Also, he right saddlebag has some scuffs and scratches that don't show up in the photos clearly.
