Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport

You are looking at my beloved Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport.  Regrettably. circumstances mean that one of my two bikes has to go and this is the one.  It is a beautiful bike and I will be sorry to see it go.  It is in overall excellent condition with its deep red paint finish and the white highlights.  It pulls like a train and is a fantastic experience to ride.  I have been the proud owner for about 2 years and loved every second of it.  The shaft dive means low maintenance and it is fully serviced.  It has been serviced by John Carr Motorcycles in Alfreton. Guzzi specialists. where  the bike was originally purchased from.  Service intervals have been at 704. 3. 95. 6. 18. 7. 09 and 12. 62 miles.  The bike has now covered 13. 21 miles but this may rise a little as I still use it. It has Pirelli tyres front and back. both with good tread. however. the rear tyre has had a repair plug following a puncture.  Having said that. the repair is good and I have continued to use the bike for a number of weeks since the repair with no loss of air from the tyre.  The pic of the exhaust and rear hugger show that that exhaust has been replaced with a GPR one that sounds incredible although there are some small marks around the 'rim' of the exhaust as you can see.  There is also damage to the rear hugger relating to the puncture previously mentioned.  The offending screw managed to cut a slice through it when it embedded itself in the tyre.  Neither of these marks affect the bike in any way.  Both levers have some 'white' marks on them. this hasn't bothered me and again. does not affect the bike in anyway - just cosmetic if you wanted to change them.  Finally. there is a small scratch on the front fairing (see pic).  It was there when I bought it and you don't really notice it after the bike has had a good wash.  I am the second owner and will be sad to see the bike go.  The new owner will be very happy with the look. the sound and the speed.  MOT'd till May 2015 and taxed till the end of October 2014. I am not interested in anything else at the moment and any test rides must be accompanied by a very sizeable deposit.  I am open to offers. but only sensible ones.
