1950s MV Agusta CSL 125cc Scooter Motorscooter - Incredibly rare collectors item

On offer is one extremely rare, arly 1950s MV Agusta CSL motorscooter. I will try to update this auction with the exact year soon. I purchased this bike at an auction in Italy about 10 years ago. Since then, cleaned it up a little, ncluding servicing the brakes (just cleaning and lubricating), leaned the carburetor, hecked the points and timing, nd put air in the (original) tires. The scooter then ran -- but the last time I drove it was about 5 years ago. I assume it will run again with a little effort. When I ran it, did notice that the rear swingarm bushings needed to be replaced. Other than that, don't know much about it. Most of the paint is original but there is obviously some touch up, s shown in the photos.
These scooters were never sold in the USA, nd as a result are extremely difficult to find in this country. For that matter, hey are extremely difficult to find anywhere, aving been produced in quite small numbers. Reserve is set accordingly.
This is a used, intage vehicle. No warranty of any kind comes with the purchase.

I do NOT have a title for this scooter, or does it need one in New York. That is why I listed CLEAR for the title. No keys either, s there are no locks on this old scooter. Sale is as is, here is, n a bill of sale only.
Note also -- Mileage noted is incorrect. This scooter does not have a speedometer or odometer. The mileage stated in this ad was inserted because some number was required in order to list the auction. There is certainly more than one mile on this scooter.
