1974 Norton 850 Commando (True Barn Find)

Up for sale is an antique 1974 Norton 850 Commando. This bike is a true survivor. It has been stored in an outbuilding since 1983. It is in totally unmolested. original condition. The only cleaning that has been done to this bike is what was required to showcase it's overall good condition. I have not attempted to start this motorcycle. The motor does kick over freely. and seems to have very good compression. The clutch feels good. and seems to operate as it should. The front shock seals look good. The original seat cover is in excellent condition. and very plyable.  The rear brakes also operate. The front brakes need attention. The exterior of the gas tank is in good condition. however. the inside has some scaling rust. Not unsalvageable in my opinion. but wanted to be clear that it does exist. This motorcycle comes with the "original" title. along with a replacement title. By original. I mean the very first. originally issued title from the original purchase of the bike. It also comes with the factory Norton owners manual. As seen in the pictures. there is also a box of miscelaneous parts. along with a fairing. saddle bags. and luggage rack. All in excellant condition. This motorcycle is available for viewing in Pascagoula. Ms. by appointment only. It is sold "as is" "where is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
